Elke dag leven we samen met andere mensen; in het gezin en de familie, in onze buurt, op het werk, bij sporten en feesten. En constant lopen we het risico dat het niet loopt zoals we willen; riskeren we wederzijdse spanningen, misverstanden en ruzie.
Wil je beter kunnen omgaan met collega’s, je baas, familie, buren, vrienden of kennissen? Wil je meer balans, positiviteit en vrede in de wereld rondom je? Dan wil ik graag mijn ervaring, kennis en inzicht inzetten om je hierin te helpen en samen aan een betere wereld te bouwen.

For many years of gathering experience in a wide variety of companies, industries and departments and of training and coaching sales people, customer supports, managers and leaders it all became clear to me: my goal is focused on people and helping them to make their life not a burden but a blessing.
We all face challenges every day. Targets to reach, changes to implement, tasks to perform. Despite good planning and reparation, solid communication and exemplary actions, we often don’t get things done. We all live together and amongst a lot of people, risking constantly frictions, misunderstandings and annoying feelings.
You can improve all this by getting into better contact with the people around us; you can get things done! Bringing your environment of colleagues, bosses, direct reports, family, neighbours and friends in a better balance will make your own world a bit better.
